Electrical Estimator (Data Centres)

What you will do

• Analyse external contractor bids to ensure value for money.
• Create estimates and cost plans for key data centre developments.
• Evaluate project scopes and cost plans, identifying and addressing gaps.
• Maintain current local rate libraries for estimating activities.
• Optimise project costs through cost reviews, value engineering, and accurate estimates.
• Provide estimating expertise and leadership throughout design and construction while maintaining clear communication with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal partners.

Requirements

• Progressive experience with electrical scope and responsibility as an estimator in a construction environment.
• Advanced analytical skills for investigating and interpreting complex technical data.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage personal priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement based in Dublin, Ireland.
