Acquisition Program Analyst, Journeyman (DoD)

What you will do

• Conduct acquisition strategy research and analysis for MAGTF C2 programs.
• Draft, revise, update, and track program briefs, organizational charts, staffing spreadsheets, and other acquisition documentation.
• Maintain configuration control on the PM MAGTF C2 SharePoint site.
• Review documents for grammar, spelling, technical accuracy, and compliance with DoD, Navy, and Marine Corps policy.
• Support Project Officers and Program Analysts with funding obligations, spend plan management, and Integrated Program Management Plans.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience delivering acquisition and program management analysis for DoD programs.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Active DoD Secret clearance with ADP-II/IT-2 (T-3) eligibility.
• Strong drafting and technical editing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Defense Acquisition Workforce Program Management, Advanced certification and/or PMP certification.
• Experience maintaining a program SharePoint site as the system of record.
• Familiarity with SAFe ceremonies, including PI planning and system demos, and JIRA.
• Ability to take ownership of complex or incomplete documentation.
