We’re currently looking for an experienced Retention Agent to join a fully regulated company within the Forex / Financial Services industry.
📍 Location: Limassol, Cyprus
💬 Desk: English
💰 Salary: €3,000–3,500 + %
🕐 Working hours: 06:00–15:00
Requirements:
• Previous experience in Retention or Sales
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong client-oriented mindset
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
• Manage and retain existing clients through active communication
