Senior MVNO Manager (Telecom)

What you will do

• Manage MVNO relationships and maximize existing MVNO businesses and growth opportunities.
• Reduce Minimum Revenue Guarantee shortfalls in key countries.
• Identify and oversee MVNO access opportunities in additional countries for hirify.global and its partners.
• Advise on the most suitable country structure for each MVNO market.
• Own operational performance against contracts, including service levels, escalations, and change requests.
• Negotiate MVNO agreements and addenda, including implementation of VoLTE, 5G, and LPWAN technologies.

Requirements

• Experience in mobile wholesale, ideally involving MVNO, MVNE, or roaming.
• Strong understanding of the mobile sector and related technologies.
• Strong commercial, analytical, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage pressure, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into practical plans and deliverables.
• Ability to be based in Berlin, London, Lisbon, or Amsterdam.

Nice to have

• Established industry contacts.
• Experience launching an MVNO from scratch or scaling one across new markets.
• Knowledge of telecom regulatory environments, including Ofcom, FCC, and national regulators.
• Experience in fintech or telecom-adjacent sectors.
