Product Manager (SaaS/Data Integration)

Location: Fully remote from the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Poland, Spain, Turkey, Hungary, Slovakia, or Serbia

Build a SaaS platform that connects marketing data from 300+ sources to more than 30 analytics and AI destinations for over 6,000 customers worldwide.

What you will do

• Set product priorities, decide what to build, and reduce an extensive integration backlog.
• Convert customer feedback, usage data, and competitive gaps into a focused product roadmap.
• Work closely with engineering to validate estimates and product decisions.
• Use incomplete usage, funnel, and retention data to make prioritization decisions.
• Ship product improvements and establish the product function from scratch.

Requirements

• Previous experience shipping SaaS products that customers paid for and used repeatedly.
• Ability to independently query and interpret usage, funnel, and retention data.
• Experience prioritizing product opportunities and explaining trade-offs.
• Real engineering experience or strong technical fluency with engineering estimates.
• Comfort working asynchronously in a distributed, mostly European team.

Nice to have

• Experience in data integration, analytics, or martech.
• Familiarity with ETL and APIs.
• Experience building a product function from zero to one.
