Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Develop and implement new funnels and user interaction scenarios to improve conversion rates and revenue.
• Generate and prioritize product hypotheses focused on ARPU, retention, and test win rate.
• Organize A/B testing, analyze results, and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends, including opportunities for AI integration.
• Optimize web-to-web processes to support stable revenue growth and user retention.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, analysts, and marketing teams throughout the optimization cycle.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Strong experience organizing and analyzing A/B tests.
• Ability to conduct in-depth market research and competitive assessments.
• Solid knowledge of key product and business metrics and their interconnections.
• Excellent communication skills for working with teams and stakeholders.
• Spoken and written English at B1+ level.
