Solutions Architect (Blockchain Analytics)

What you will do

• Partner with Sales as the technical lead for discovery, demonstrations, proofs of value, solution development, and technical wins.
• Design customer-specific deployments and integrations, providing guidance from high-level architecture through code implementation.
• Own post-sale delivery by configuring, deploying, tuning, and supporting hirify.global products directly with customer teams.
• Drive onboarding, adoption, product-health monitoring, rule and alert tuning, and measurable customer value.
• Map customer workflows across investigations, compliance, security, and data analysis products, and investigate blockchain activity using hirify.global tooling.
• Resolve technical, compliance, analytical, and operational questions while translating customer requirements and data gaps to Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• Experience working with private-sector customers such as banks, cryptocurrency exchanges, payment processors, or blockchain developers.
• Practical understanding of compliance, investigations, fraud, risk, or security workflows.
• Technical generalist background with REST API integration experience and familiarity with SQL data structures.
• Experience managing enterprise SaaS accounts or customers, including renewals, expansion, and collaboration with Sales.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and executive audiences, with strong curiosity and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and the ability to work remotely from the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial compliance and anti-money laundering obligations.
• Proficiency in Python, REST API integrations, and SQL databases.
• Hands-on use of AI tooling to improve delivery quality or speed.
• Experience handling sensitive data and proprietary methods securely.
