Labor and Employee Relations Specialist

Location: UK, fully remote. Ability to travel up to 10–15%.

What you will do

• Support routine and moderately complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, absence, and workplace concerns.
• Assist senior Labor and Employee Relations professionals with investigations, restructures, collective matters, and organizational change initiatives.
• Guide HR Business Partners and HR Generalists on standard employee relations processes, policies, and best practices.
• Conduct case reviews, documentation assessments, fact-finding exercises, and investigation support activities.
• Analyze and report employee relations metrics, trends, case volumes, themes, root causes, and outcomes.
• Support policy deployment, process improvements, training, change management, and other Labor and Employee Relations projects.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Employment Law, or a related discipline.
• Foundational understanding of employment law and employee relations practices, ideally within the UK and/or Europe.
• Experience supporting employee relations cases, workplace investigations, or HR advisory services.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present workforce and case-management data.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and independent working skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, Business, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Additional European language skills.
