ECO Coordinator (Engineering Change Management)

What you will do

• Manage and review engineering change requests for operations.
• Coordinate with global engineering and cross-functional teams to confirm requirements and approvals.
• Manage changes from submission through implementation, escalating issues when needed.
• Provide guidance, remove roadblocks, and resolve approval delays or engineering change queries.
• Maintain visibility of the global ECO process and track KPIs such as change cycle time and backlog.

Requirements

• Relevant engineering, science, or change management experience or qualification.
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings in a manufacturing, assembly, or engineering product environment.
• Experience with databases, ERP systems such as Oracle, and software tools used for data entry and engineering change processes.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong multitasking skills and accuracy when working to tight deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
