Behavioral Analyst (Software Engineering)

What you will do

• Develop and implement features in existing open-source projects.
• Fix complex bugs and improve code reliability.
• Refactor legacy code to improve performance, scalability, and readability.
• Apply algorithms and efficient problem-solving techniques.
• Review and validate code against project standards.
• Collaborate with remote contributors, document technical solutions, and explain implementations clearly.

Requirements

• Experience with Python, Java, Rust, C++, and TypeScript.
• Strong algorithms and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with bug fixing, feature implementation, codebase refactoring, and performance optimization.
• Strong proficiency in at least two programming languages.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience contributing to open-source projects.
• Background in competitive programming or complex algorithmic problem solving.
• Strong code review, documentation, and communication skills.
• Prior AI experience is not required.
