Senior Specialist – Reporting & Analytics (Power BI)

Location: Kladno, Czech Republic; hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office. No relocation assistance is offered.

What you will do

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance standard and ad hoc Power BI dashboards for management decision-making.
• Analyze production performance, operational data, inventory, and material-flow scenarios.
• Track and report S&OP targets, forecasts, and planning KPIs across daily, weekly, and monthly cycles.
• Present insights, opportunities, and risks to support faster and better production-planning decisions.
• Drive continuous-improvement activities, process enhancements, and best-practice sharing.
• Represent the EU Packing site in relevant local and global meetings and projects, and train colleagues in BI tools.

Requirements

• University degree, or secondary education with at least 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, supply and inventory planning, BI, or analytics.
• Strong data extraction, transformation, and analysis skills, including data modelling and ETL processes.
• Advanced Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik dashboard-development experience.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas.
• Knowledge of SAP Hana/BW and production-related data structures, as well as production planning, capacity planning, scheduling, MRP, inventory, supply chain, and manufacturing operations.
• Advanced spoken and written English proficiency at C1–C2 level is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Power Automate, Python, or R.
• Ability to translate business requirements into BI solutions and communicate insights to planners, production managers, and IT teams.
• Experience with continuous-improvement methodologies or project management.
• Strong presentation, communication, initiative, and collaboration skills.
