RN Critical Care (Travel Nursing)

Location: Work at home in Pennsylvania, United States; remote role with rotating shifts and 24/7 coverage.

Salary: $65 premium flat rate.

What you will do

• Assess patients and families, develop individualized plans of care, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes.
• Provide leadership in a professional practice setting and coordinate assignments or delegated tasks for nursing and support staff.
• Monitor changes in patient condition, notify physicians or supervisors, intervene appropriately, and document care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary teams, patient safety initiatives, quality improvement, peer review, and patient satisfaction programs.
• Mentor colleagues, share clinical knowledge, provide performance feedback, and support continuous professional development.
• Work rotating shifts while maintaining effective time management and compassionate, patient- and family-centered communication.

Requirements

• Current Pennsylvania RN licensure or current multistate licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
• Certification in the relevant specialty.
• One year of travel nursing experience.
• Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate, Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate, and Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
