Associate Payments Analyst

Location: London, UK — The Point, 37 North Wharf Road. Hybrid model with only one work-from-home day per week and an assigned office workspace.

Salary: £35,000–£38,000 gross per year, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Process incoming and outgoing payment instructions accurately and on time.
• Complete payment activities in line with client requirements, regulatory obligations, and internal controls.
• Develop knowledge of payment workflows and end-to-end payment processes.
• Collaborate with Treasury Operations, Client Services, and other internal teams to support client transactions.
• Investigate payment-related queries, resolve issues, and escalate exceptions when appropriate.
• Support high standards of service delivery, accuracy, and risk management.

Requirements

• 0–2+ years of experience in payments, finance, treasury, banking operations, or financial services; fresh graduates are also considered.
• Degree preferred in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong numerical, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills and the ability to support internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and work in the stated hybrid office model.

Nice to have

• Exposure to FX, Finance, Payments, or Treasury.
• Previous experience in financial services or banking operations.
