What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated B2B and consultancy research team in the DACH region.
• Guide quantitative B2B and selected B2C research projects from feasibility and questionnaire design through execution and interpretation.
• Establish B2B feasibility routines, screening protocols, sampling strategies, pricing guardrails, and scalable operational processes.
• Advise consultancy and corporate clients on survey design, recruitment logic, sample feasibility, and research methodology.
• Interpret research results and present actionable recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with international Research Leadership teams to develop DACH as a blueprint for global B2B expansion.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in quantitative market research focused on B2B target groups and professional decision-makers.
• Hands-on experience designing studies, writing questionnaires, and delivering projects such as U&A, pricing studies, concept testing, and target group analysis.
• Proven leadership experience with high-performing teams, including significant turnaround or fast-scale-up environments.
• German at C2 level is required, alongside confident communication in English.
• Strategic, commercially minded, cooperative, resilient, and comfortable building frameworks and processes from the ground up.
