Senior Research Consultant DACH (B2B Focus)

What you will do

• Lead quantitative B2B research projects from feasibility alignment and study design through fieldwork, reporting, and insight presentation.
• Design B2B screening logic, questionnaires, platform setups, sampling approaches, and data delivery workflows.
• Optimize bespoke studies for target group analysis, usage and attitudes, pricing studies, and concept testing.
• Advise consultancy and corporate clients on sample feasibility, survey logic, and research methodology under tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management on project scoping and methodology definition.
• Standardize B2B screening protocols and sampling frameworks while coaching researchers and protecting delivery quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of quantitative market research experience with a strong focus on B2B target groups and professional decision-makers.
• Agency or consulting experience, including hands-on study design, questionnaire writing, and quantitative project execution.
• Experience creating executive-ready reports and presenting complex data to senior client stakeholders.
• Strategic, commercially minded, proactive, resilient, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• German at C2 level required, with strong written and verbal English communication skills.
