Strategy & Business Development Director (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Define Libra’s growth strategy and roadmap in alignment with Legal & Regulatory objectives.
• Lead strategic initiatives covering AI product expansion, market penetration, new geographies, customer segments, partnerships, and build-buy-partner decisions.
• Develop AI investment cases, monitor LegalTech market developments, and support product portfolio and innovation prioritization.
• Own pricing, packaging, subscription, enterprise, and usage-based monetization initiatives.
• Lead annual planning, budgeting, multi-year growth planning, KPI development, business reviews, and performance reporting with Finance.
• Prepare and manage Steering Committees, synthesize cross-functional inputs, create executive recommendations, and track decisions and follow-up actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred.
• 8–12+ years of experience in corporate strategy and business development.
• Experience in SaaS, B2B software, LegalTech, AI, information services, or technology, ideally in a high-growth environment.
• Track record in growth strategy, executive business cases, market analysis, partnerships, M&A, post-merger integration, strategic planning, and pricing and packaging.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, commercial judgment, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to operate hands-on in a fast-moving scale-up environment within a complex global matrix organization.
