Group provides digital tax filing and refund services through and Steuerbot, combining software, AI, tax experts, and licensed human expertise across Germany, Spain, and the UK.
What you will do
- Set the ambition, priorities, and execution plans for the Expert-Assisted Services business, owning revenue, margin, conversion, retention, and customer outcomes.
- Define customer segments, value propositions, journeys, pricing, and packaging for varied customer needs and willingness to pay.
- Build the growth engine across acquisition, booking, conversion, retention, renewal, and recurring revenue through structured experimentation.
- Design a scalable service model balancing demand, expert capacity, quality, handling time, cost, automation, and human expertise.
- Partner with Product, Operations, Marketing/Growth, Finance, Data, Legal, People, and Tax Experts to translate insights into roadmaps and workflows.
- Establish KPIs, forecasts, dashboards, operating reviews, organizational capabilities, and hiring priorities.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in general management, commercial leadership, growth, operations, or business unit leadership within tech-enabled services.
- Direct responsibility for revenue, P&L, pricing, margin, and unit economics.
- Experience scaling hybrid digital and human service models, including capacity, utilization, quality, customer experience, and cost-to-serve management.
- Track record in pricing, proposition design, acquisition, conversion, retention, and recurring revenue growth.
- Proven cross-functional leadership, a builder mindset, and data-driven decision-making in ambiguous environments.
- Professional German at C1+ level and fluent English; deep knowledge of the German or DACH consumer market.

- Experience with software-enabled consumer services, digital health, care, coaching, advisory, FinTech, TaxTech, LegalTech, subscriptions, marketplaces, or managed services.
- Consulting or top-tier academic background.
