Team Lead Customer Service German Speaking

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands; hybrid work with at least 2 days per week at the head office

Fixed monthly salary based on experience; up to €60 net per month for work-from-home expenses

What you will do

• Lead a team of German-speaking Customer Service employees.
• Define and drive objectives related to customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and productivity.
• Coach and develop team members remotely and at the office.
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to improvement projects.
• Manage contracts, development, absence, and performance discussions, involving HR when needed.
• Build effective collaboration and positive working relationships with other departments.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level.
• Excellent spoken and written German and English.
• Strong coaching, multitasking, communication, prioritisation, organisation, and planning skills.
• Availability for 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends when required.
• Flexible, solution-oriented approach to work.

Nice to have

• Dutch language skills.
