Senior Maintenance & Reliability Manager (MedTech)

Location: Beerse, Antwerp, Belgium

Salary: €96,000–€165,025 gross annual base pay

What you will do

• Lead the maintenance and reliability department at the Beerse site.
• Manage team leads, engineers, schedulers, and technicians.
• Ensure effective reactive, preventive, and proactive maintenance execution.
• Maximize the safety, efficiency, compliance, productivity, and reliability of manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality Assurance, planning, Research and Development, and Commercial Manufacturing Supply teams.
• Maintain equipment base-business qualification and overall compliance while managing short- and long-term priorities.

Requirements

• Experience leading and coaching teams in a people-leadership role.
• Technical degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Engineering or Science.
• Strong interest and expertise in maintenance and reliability.
• Analytical, technical, communication, decision-making, and project management skills.
• Ability to lead change, solve complex issues, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate in English and Dutch.
