TL;DR
Senior Engineer (AI/Consulting): Delivering transformation projects through intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarking, interviews, workshop facilitation, process mapping, and functional specifications with an accent on energy, data, and AI-related topics. Focus on analyzing complex business challenges, synthesizing conclusions, supporting consulting teams, and helping clients identify opportunities from data and AI.
Location: Brussels, Belgium. The role includes temporary assignments abroad, such as France and the Netherlands.

What you will do
- Deliver transformation project assignments for clients.
- Structure intelligent data and perform data analysis and benchmarks.
- Conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, map processes, and prepare functional specifications.
- Take on team support responsibilities as quickly as possible.
- Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange through workshops, publications, and seminars.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience as a consultant.
- Strong collaboration, communication, analytical, autonomous, dynamic, rigorous, and results-oriented approach.
- Strong interest in Energy, data, and AI-related topics, with the ability to quickly build expertise.
- Trilingual French, Dutch, and English.
- Willingness to participate in temporary assignments abroad.
- Work permit sponsorship is not available.
