TL;DR
(Senior) AI Tech Consultant (AI/Technology Consulting): Defining IT and digital strategies, designing target architectures, and delivering technology transformations for clients across industries with an accent on AI, digital platforms, and strategic technology consulting. Focus on managing project workstreams, coaching client technology teams, aligning stakeholders, and solving complex technology challenges across Europe.
Location: Brussels, Belgium; frequent travel is required.

What you will do
- Define IT and digital strategies with client leadership teams in an international environment.
- Collaborate with BCG case teams across Europe on high-impact technology transformations.
- Design and implement tailored IT strategies, digital platforms, and target architectures using modern technologies.
- Own project workstreams, including quality, risk, and stakeholder management.
- Assess, coach, and support client technology teams throughout engagements.
- Contribute to proposals, client relationship management, and business development.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Information Systems, or a related digital field.
- 2–7 years of experience in IT strategy and consulting, software development, or IT project management.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, client-orientation, and problem-solving skills.
- Full professional fluency in English and either French or Dutch is required.
- Strong willingness and flexibility to travel frequently.
