Impact Investing Senior Associate (Private Corporate Credit)

What you will do

• Assess pipeline investment opportunities through impact due diligence alongside credit analysis.
• Develop and consistently apply impact measurement and management processes.
• Monitor impact performance across investee companies and portfolios and support quarterly and annual reporting.
• Engage with portfolio companies on impact intent, sustainability performance, disclosure, metrics, and related risks.
• Maintain impact frameworks covering theories of change, impact scoring, additionality, and outcome measurement.
• Prepare impact reports, client materials, information requests, and thought leadership while collaborating with investment, sustainability, risk, compliance, product, and distribution teams.

Requirements

• Experience in impact investing and sustainability, ideally within private markets.
• Practical understanding of impact measurement and management across social and environmental themes.
• Experience assessing, engaging with, or monitoring companies seeking to deliver positive outcomes.
• Ability to critically test impact claims and distinguish impact from broader ESG integration.
• Familiarity with GIIN, IRIS+, and other recognised impact frameworks and metrics.
• Working knowledge of sustainability regulation, including SFDR and SDR, with strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
