What you will do

• Design and deploy a Marketing OS with AI agents for lead qualification, campaign execution, attribution, and automated data synchronization.
• Architect integrations across Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, event systems, and internal data sources.
• Build funnel, paid acquisition, campaign performance, event operations, and attribution systems with minimal manual handling.
• Develop multi-market, multi-language campaign infrastructure and personalized email, onboarding, and in-product journeys.
• Own database quality through deduplication, enrichment, tagging, segmentation, and lifecycle automation.
• Monitor production reliability, evaluate agent accuracy, analyze campaign performance, and build internal tools where needed.

Requirements

• Technical degree in engineering, computer science, or an equivalent field with a strong academic record.
• Hands-on software development experience shipping working systems.
• Experience with APIs, automation platforms, and AI agent frameworks.
• Systems thinking, rigorous logic, business awareness, and the ability to deliver with minimal oversight.
• English fluency required.
• Prior experience in a high-growth, high-performance environment is strongly preferred.
