Analyst, Rules Governance and Transformation

Location: Hybrid position in Pasay, Manila, Philippines; office attendance expectations will be confirmed by the Hiring Manager.

What you will do

• Coordinate the end-to-end execution of the hirify.global Rules Self-Assessment framework, including intake, planning, stakeholder engagement, analysis, status tracking, and management readouts.
• Review submissions for completeness, consistency, and alignment with established requirements and guidance.
• Research trends, recurring themes, gaps, risks, dependencies, and process-improvement opportunities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and executive-ready summaries for different stakeholder audiences.
• Coordinate input from rule owners, regional and global Risk teams, and functional partners; document decisions and track actions through completion.
• Maintain governance materials and contribute to workflow, automation, data, and AI-enabled enhancements across EPTA processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, project-coordination, and requirements-documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate data, documentation, and reporting.
• Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, escalate issues appropriately, and collaborate across functions and organizational levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.

Nice to have

• Experience in payments, financial services, risk, governance, card industry operations, business rules, policies, or standards.
• Experience with data visualization or reporting tools such as Power BI and familiarity with AI-enabled tools and solutions.
• Experience supporting process improvement, automation, workflow, or technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
