Analytics Engineer (all genders) - Supply Data Solutions

Salary: €60,000–€70,000 per year

What you will do

• Own supply data and create reliable, analysis-ready datasets and reusable mart tables.
• Simplify data transformations so downstream teams can use consistent shared logic.
• Build, monitor, and maintain Python and GCP data pipelines.
• Document schemas, data lineage, and data contracts.
• Manage IAM roles, access boundaries, cost monitoring, performance tuning, and data-validity checks.
• Mentor junior analysts and improve SQL capabilities across the Supply unit.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional analytics engineering experience or similar experience building governed analytics layers.
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex CTEs, window functions, and query optimization.
• Strong Python skills for ETL and orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with GCP, BigQuery, Git, and CI/CD.
• Ability to analyze complex systems, design structured improvements, and balance long-term architecture with immediate business value.
• Confident collaboration with source teams, downstream consumers, data scientists, analysts, and supply stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with dbt or Dagster.
• Familiarity with AWS Batch, Lambda, and Step Functions.
• Supply chain or logistics domain knowledge.
• Experience with data cataloging or data observability platforms.
