Director, Clinical Project Management (Oncology)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex global oncology clinical studies and programs, managing quality, timelines, budgets, and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary contact for sponsors and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Direct cross-functional global teams, drive study milestones, mitigate risks, and resolve operational challenges.
• Lead multinational and multi-regional clinical trials across China, the US, and Europe.
• Influence outcomes across a global matrix organization without direct reporting authority.
• Support RFP responses, bid defenses, client presentations, account growth, and new business opportunities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience in CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology organizations.
• 7+ years of independent leadership of global clinical projects or programs.
• Strong oncology clinical trial experience.
• Experience serving as Project Lead for complex global and multi-regional clinical studies.
• Fluent English and Mandarin required.
