Analyst Accounting

Location: Manila, Philippines; shift schedule: 8PM - 5AM

What you will do

• Perform daily account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve differences in internal and intercompany accounts.
• Prepare balancing reports, review balance sheet accounts, and verify the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Prepare and post accounting entries with appropriate documentation and approvals.
• Record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions and process invoices through coding and approval.
• Prepare audit confirmations, provide supporting records, and assist with internal and external audits.
• Prepare variance analysis reports, explain significant movements, and maintain organized accounting records in line with internal controls.

Requirements

• College or university degree with at least 12 months of relevant work experience.
• Experience with account reconciliations, journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoice processing.
• Working knowledge of general ledger processes, balance sheet accounts, and fundamental accounting principles.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
