What you will do
- Book supplier invoices according to accounting guidelines and regulations.
- Open accounts and follow up on the clearance of assigned liabilities.
- Order or release payments when assigned by accountable management.
- Clarify account discrepancies with internal stakeholders, expediters, vendors, and suppliers.
- Produce statements of account and coordinate with the purchasing organization to resolve issues.
- Serve as the first point of contact for the buying organization and vendors.
Requirements
- Ability to execute recurring day-to-day administrative and service-related accounting operations.
- Ability to apply or adapt procedures to address process variances.
- Ability to provide accurate and reliable support to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Ability to maintain working relationships and exchange information across related work areas.
