Advisor, Solutions Consulting (Credit Risk)

Location: Hybrid in Eagle, D.F. Del. Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico, with at least two days per week in the assigned hirify.global office

What you will do

• Advise clients on credit risk strategies that improve portfolio performance, reduce losses, and support profitable growth.
• Partner with Sales to identify, qualify, and advance opportunities for data, analytics, and risk management solutions.
• Demonstrate how data assets, credit scores, and analytics can support acquisition, portfolio management, collections, and customer engagement.
• Develop client presentations, pitch decks, business cases, case studies, portfolio reviews, and benchmarking analyses.
• Translate client business challenges into scalable recommendations and collaborate with Product, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Technology, and Analytics.
• Represent hirify.global in executive meetings, industry conferences, client events, and speaking engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 7+ years of experience in Financial Services with expertise in Credit Risk management across the customer lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of credit risk principles, risk-based decisioning, lifecycle strategies, credit bureau data, and risk objectives.
• Experience evaluating product profitability, portfolio performance, loss forecasting, and financial metrics relevant to lending decisions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, PivotTables, data analysis, and financial modeling.
• Strong PowerPoint, quantitative analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with credit bureau data, analytics, or decisioning solutions.
• Knowledge of hirify.global, Equifax, or Experian credit-risk products.
• Experience supporting Financial Services, FinTech, Telecommunications, or Collections organizations.
• Public speaking, conference presentation, pre-sales, or solutions consulting experience.
