TL;DR

Implementation Consultant (Finance Automation): Implementing accounting software products for new and existing mid-market clients with an accent on software configuration, business needs analysis, and customer service. Focus on consulting clients on best practices, translating business needs into effective configurations, and supporting successful software implementations.

Location: Mexico City; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in the office for candidates within reasonable commuting distance

What you will do

Implement accounting software products for new and existing clients.
Consult mid-market clients on best practices and business needs.
Configure software based on client requirements.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout implementation engagements.

Requirements

Experience or capability in implementing accounting software products.
Ability to consult with mid-market clients and understand their business needs.
Strong problem-solving and client service skills.
Availability to work from the Mexico City office at least 3 days per week when within reasonable commuting distance.
