Supply Chain Optimization Product Manager (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Design and optimize end-to-end vendor supply chain workflows from manufacturing facilities to retail warehouses.
• Improve inventory availability, replenishment, inbound scheduling, fulfillment routing, warehouse space allocation, and logistics procurement efficiency.
• Analyze inventory turnover, aged stock, stockout risks, safety stock, vendor lead times, and fulfillment cycle times to identify operational bottlenecks.
• Lead integrations and implementations involving Vendor Centre, automated replenishment engines, digital procurement systems, warehouse management tools, and retail infrastructure.
• Coordinate tier-one vendors, technology teams, category operations, logistics, buying, merchandising, marketing, and product teams to ensure rollout quality and data integrity.
• Identify supply chain cost-reduction opportunities and support commercial negotiations with vendors and logistics partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain planning, warehouse network design, logistics engineering, warehouse operations, or supply chain project management.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse network planning, warehouse operations, logistics processes, warehouse automation, and intelligent logistics solutions.
• Experience in vendor management and cross-functional project delivery in a complex business environment.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
• Fluent English required; strong cross-cultural communication skills are needed to collaborate across Chinese and Western business practices.

• Experience in European supply chains, e-commerce, or cross-border logistics.
