Technical Project Manager, Latam (Telecom)

Location: Regular time is expected in one of hirify.global' hubs, with occasional travel for team workshops, customer meetings, and company off-sites. Some focused work can be done remotely.

hirify.global is building an operating system for mobile services that enables technology companies to embed global connectivity into their products.

What you will do

• Own carrier integration programs from signed contract through live traffic, coordinating technical build, commercial alignment, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, status trackers, and launch-readiness checklists.
• Translate carrier API documentation and technical specifications into sequenced execution plans.
• Partner with Engineering on API contracts, eSIM and interconnect flows, network configuration, architecture discussions, and technical tradeoffs.
• Drive alignment and issue resolution across Product, Engineering, Connectivity Operations, carriers, and third-party vendors.
• Build the tools, templates, processes, and playbook for the new carrier integration function.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management, technical delivery, or solutions/partner engineering at a technology company.
• Hands-on experience running API-based integrations and reading API documentation and technical specifications.
• Ability to hold substantive technical discussions with engineers about architecture and tradeoffs.
• Experience owning ambiguous, multi-stakeholder builds end-to-end, including external partners, from kickoff to launch.
• Strong structured communication and the ability to drive alignment across Engineering, Product, leadership, and external stakeholders.
• Bias toward identifying risks early and driving them to resolution.

• Exposure to telecom, MVNO, eSIM, or carrier and network operator ecosystems.
