Field Specimen Processor (Clinical)

Location: 6700 Martin Way E., Ste 117, Olympia, WA 98516, United States. Onsite position, Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:00 PM, 40 hours per week.

What you will do

• Greet and identify patients and collect required billing and testing information.
• Collect urine and oral fluid specimens, including observed collections when required.
• Package, prepare, and ship specimens according to applicable procedures.
• Follow HIPAA, DRUGSCAN, safety, cleanliness, and personal protective equipment requirements.
• Support customer service through patient interactions, incoming and outbound calls, payment collection, and portal assistance.
• Manage supplies, pickup requests, shared inboxes, CRM task logging, and other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Strong communication, active listening, empathy, problem-solving, time management, and adaptability.
• Ability to perform patient-facing clinical work involving continual movement, standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting 20–50 lbs.
• Ability to work around infectious agents, bodily fluids, chemicals, and other clinical environmental exposures.
• Availability for the onsite Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:00 PM schedule in Olympia, Washington.

• One year of customer service experience.
