International RWE Lead (Pharma)

What you will do

• Serve as the international real-world evidence subject matter expert for assigned regions or therapeutic areas.
• Translate evidence gaps into robust study designs using primary and secondary real-world data and appropriate methodologies.
• Coordinate RWE expertise across Medical Affairs, Health Impact, Market Access, Pricing, Epidemiology, Data Science, Statistics, and R&D functions.
• Build international RWE networks, communities, forums, and training programs for affiliates and area teams.
• Contribute to integrated evidence planning and represent International RWE in evidence teams, review committees, workstreams, and external consortia.
• Engage data owners and external vendors to identify opportunities for innovative evidence generation.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in public health, health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, biostatistics, or a related field.
• At least 8–10 years of hands-on international RWE or outcomes research experience in the pharmaceutical, academic, or consultancy sector.
• Experience designing studies and protocols using diverse real-world data sources to support market access, medical, and commercial evidence needs.
• Strong understanding of the out-of-US real-world data and evidence landscape in at least one region, such as Europe, JAPAC, Canada, or LATAM.
• Experience with integrated evidence planning, stakeholder consulting, influencing without authority, project management, and cross-matrix collaboration.
• Fluent English required. Experience in oncology, immunology, or neurology is strongly desired.
