Observational Research, Senior Manager (Oncology)

What you will do

• Develop observational study proposals using real-world data to address cross-functional business questions.
• Lead the design, execution, and delivery of real-world evidence studies supporting drug development and regulatory decisions.
• Disseminate research findings through presentations, publications, training, and scientifically based resources.
• Collaborate on integrated evidence-generation plans and align study strategies with product teams.
• Advance innovative epidemiological and analytical methods using internal and external data sources.
• Build external partnerships and lead multidisciplinary teams to expand the use of real-world evidence.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree and at least 2 years of related research and scientific experience; or a master's degree and at least 6 years; or a bachelor's degree and 8 years; or an associate's degree and 10 years; or a high school diploma/GED and 12 years of data science and scientific experience.
• Experience in oncology observational research, including study ideation, design, execution, and delivery.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and multidisciplinary team leadership skills.
• Experience in project planning, study management, and pharmaceutical or public health research.
• Experience with secondary data systems such as administrative claims, electronic health records, disease registries, or drug registries.

Nice to have

• Doctorate degree in epidemiology or a field with substantial observational research content.
