Real World Evidence Manager (Biotech)

Location: Boston, MA, United States. Hybrid work is available remotely up to two days per week, or the role may be performed on-site five days per week with ad hoc flexibility.

Salary: $132,100–$198,100 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus and equity awards.

What you will do

• Design and support epidemiologic research, including natural history studies and systematic literature reviews.
• Assess real world data sources and ensure scientific rigor in observational analyses.
• Identify appropriate analytic methods and support the execution of observational studies.
• Collaborate with and manage vendors to meet project timelines and objectives.
• Develop performance metrics and dashboards for real world evidence projects.
• Prepare conference abstracts, presentations, and peer-reviewed manuscripts based on study findings.

Requirements

• PhD preferred, or MS/MPH in epidemiology, biostatistics, health economics and outcomes research, or a related field.
• Formal graduate training in epidemiology or health services research.
• At least two years of observational research experience in life sciences, academia, government, or consulting.
• Working knowledge of real world evidence regulatory guidance and its use in regulatory decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute observational research, manage studies, and communicate findings clearly to cross-functional audiences.
• Work from the Boston, MA area in a hybrid or on-site arrangement.
