Senior Analytics Consultant (Fintech)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; assigned workspace in the designated Dublin office

Salary: €95,000–€105,000 per year, based on experience

What you will do

• Identify high-value opportunities where data, analytics, and AI can improve customer outcomes, commercial performance, and operational effectiveness.
• Build relationships across Product, Sales, Account Management, Operations, Data, and Analytics teams to understand priorities and decision-making needs.
• Conduct customer, market, competitor, partner, and potential partner research to uncover insight-led opportunities.
• Translate business questions and customer needs into analytical problem statements, hypotheses, success measures, and solution paths.
• Shape and prioritize the Lodging analytics and AI opportunity funnel, moving ideas from discovery into well-framed initiatives.
• Partner with Product Managers and technical teams on requirements, solution design, delivery workflows, BI tools, embedded analytics, semantic layers, and AI-enabled insight consumption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in analytics consulting, product management, management consulting, or a related field.
• Experience using data and analytics to solve meaningful business, customer, or operational problems.
• Strong cross-functional experience with Product, Sales, Engineering, Data, and Analytics teams.
• Consultative skills in discovery, stakeholder interviewing, prioritization, business case development, and executive communication.
• Hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker Unified Studio, SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Domo, and data science tools such as AWS SageMaker.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into analytical opportunities, product concepts, requirements, and measurable outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience in lodging or travel, payments, fintech, financial services, B2B platforms, or other data-intensive commercial environments.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms, data products, semantic layers, MCP, AI agents, and natural-language analytics.
• Experience defining semantic models, metric layers, business glossaries, or governed analytical frameworks.
