Transport Content Specialist (Logistics)

Location: E3, South Elmsall, Pontefract, United Kingdom. On-site role, Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00, 40 hours. National travel is required every few months.

What you will do

• Support the Transport Quality Manager in monitoring, reviewing, and updating the Quality Management System.
• Review transport processes with stakeholders and issue compliant operational documentation.
• Draft, refine, and release user-friendly Standard Operating Procedures for transport operations.
• Create e-learning courses and interactive modules in the Thrive Learning Management System.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation covering legal and regulatory transport standards.
• Review national depot processes, monitor consistency, and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Experience in transport or logistics operations, quality assurance, or compliance administration.
• Strong technical writing skills and the ability to explain complex regulations clearly.
• Practical experience with Quality Management Systems and Learning Management Systems.
• High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and effective problem-solving skills.
• Strong organisation, time management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work with depot teams, operational managers, and external vendors.
