Focus on incorporating scientific and client feedback, managing project deadlines and budgets, and tracking emerging data across therapeutic areas.
Location: Hybrid in London or Knutsford, United Kingdom; remote working is also available.

What you will do
- Write medical communications materials, including abstracts, scientific posters, manuscripts, slide decks, presentations, and medical affairs deliverables.
- Ensure content meets standards for grammar, scientific accuracy, client objectives, editorial quality, and industry compliance.
- Manage assigned tasks, deadlines, project budgets, timesheets, and delivery commitments.
- Collaborate with clients, external thought leaders, editorial colleagues, client services, and finance teams.
- Research therapeutic areas, competitors, products, indications, and emerging data.
- Interpret review comments and maintain awareness of industry self-regulation, compliance guidelines, and client SOPs.
Requirements
- Degree in life sciences, ideally with a science master’s degree or PhD.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and its processes.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, multitasking, and independent working skills.
- Ability and motivation to learn new therapy areas and disease states.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
