Senior Technical Program Manager (Embedded Software)

Location: Remote across the US and Canada

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 per year

What you will do

• Own execution of a complex compute-platform programme across firmware, Linux drivers, silicon, validation, and platform engineering.
• Lead delivery from pre-silicon development through tape-out, silicon bring-up, board readiness, and customer deployment.
• Coordinate hardware and software teams around PCIe, DDR and memory-subsystem dependencies.
• Drive hardware validation, simulation and emulation activities, including JTAG-based bring-up.
• Manage cross-functional execution in semiconductor, accelerator, GPU, SoC, networking silicon, storage-controller, or server-platform environments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical programme or project management experience.
• Direct ownership of a silicon or compute-platform programme.
• Strong programme depth in PCIe and DDR or other memory subsystems.
• Experience with AI accelerators, GPUs, NPUs, DSPs, or heterogeneous compute.
• Working knowledge of Linux kernel drivers, DMA, interrupts, boot flows, and hardware/software interfaces.
• Experience with silicon bring-up, JTAG, hardware validation, and pre-silicon simulation or emulation.
