Salary: $210,500–$284,500 annual base pay, with potential cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Shape the data science roadmap for product funnel optimization and scalable product growth.
• Apply causal inference, statistical modeling, and machine learning to generate actionable insights.
• Design, implement, and analyze experiments that validate growth hypotheses.
• Build an integrated view of customer journeys, business metrics, and growth opportunities.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and other functions to turn insights into product improvements.
• Improve instrumentation, data quality, logging practices, and analytical capabilities while mentoring colleagues.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data science or analytics applied to product and business growth.
• Advanced proficiency in causal inference, statistical modeling, machine learning, and experimental design.
• Advanced skills in SQL, Python, R, and analytical tools.
• Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong communication, storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Customer-centric and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance strategic work and rapid experimentation.

• Experience with data integration and pipeline development.
