Field Services/Emergency Response Project Manager (Environmental Waste)

Location: Tilbury, Ontario, Canada; field work at client sites and facilities

Pay range: $67,700–$93,050

What you will do

• Manage field service and emergency response projects from acquisition and contract review through completion.
• Coordinate project scope, timelines, milestones, resources, budgets, invoices, and change orders.
• Lead and develop field professionals and paraprofessionals while monitoring performance and service levels.
• Oversee subcontractor work, resolve deficiencies, and coordinate with sales and other department leaders.
• Develop safety procedures, verify training and certifications, and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the main escalation point and report daily project activity to support safe, compliant, and profitable delivery.

Requirements

• Experience in field-related work or environmental site investigations.
• Experience managing projects from initiation through closure.
• Experience leading or supervising field technicians or operators handling environmental or waste materials.
• Knowledge of environmental waste regulations, industrial safety practices, and industrial hygiene.
• Ability to create detailed project plans, manage resources and budgets, and make decisions under pressure.
• Knowledge of US, Canadian, or international regulatory guidelines, including RCRA, DOT/MOT, or TSCA.
