Service Advisor / HVAC Quoting & Estimating (HVAC)

What you will do

• Prepare accurate time-and-material estimates, customer quotations, and proposals for HVAC repairs and upgrades.
• Develop precise scopes of work based on customer needs and daily interactions.
• Respond to sales inquiries by phone, email, and website, while proactively identifying sales opportunities.
• Research and source parts, process orders, manage material returns, and address product availability questions.
• Coordinate with Account Managers, service managers, field technicians, the service department, and warehouse staff.
• Communicate updates to customers and support smooth service delivery and execution.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus at least 5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
• Experience in the boiler, critical power, or HVAC industry.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and services.
• Excellent customer service, communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to prepare detailed quotes and proposals and coordinate requirements across multiple internal teams.
