Senior Director, Global Compliance (Manufacturing)

Location: Melville, New York; on-site with one work-from-home day per week

Salary: $225,000–$255,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and continuously enhance the global ethics and compliance program.
• Develop compliance policies, procedures, controls, metrics, and reporting mechanisms.
• Conduct enterprise-wide compliance risk assessments and monitor global legal and regulatory developments.
• Evaluate third-party compliance risks across the global supply chain and oversee remediation efforts.
• Develop and oversee global compliance training and monitor program effectiveness.
• Present compliance risks, investigations, hotline metrics, and improvement initiatives to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a Juris Doctor degree is preferred.
• 12–15 years of progressively responsible legal, compliance, ethics, regulatory, or risk management experience.
• 5–7 years of leadership experience managing enterprise-wide compliance programs in a global organization.
• Experience designing and enhancing compliance programs in a multinational manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Expertise in anti-corruption, trade, labor and employment, supply chain, human rights, data privacy, third-party risk, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, project management, and presentation skills, including experience working with executive leadership and Boards of Directors.

Nice to have

• Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional, Certified Information Privacy Professional, or similar certification.
• Experience with data analytics and compliance monitoring tools.
