Senior Finance Analyst

Location: Cluj-Napoca, Romania; hybrid work with office attendance at least twice a week

What you will do

• Provide monthly actuals, forecasts, annual budgets, and multi-year strategic plans with accurate variance analysis.
• Partner with Financial Accounting on month-end close activities and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Analyze revenue, trade volumes, pricing trends, sales pipelines, client contracts, contract end dates, and potential revaluations.
• Build financial scenarios, identify risks and opportunities, and provide insights for strategic business decisions.
• Develop collaborative relationships with sales, operations, accounting, and other functional teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements across the FP&A function and contribute to Finance projects.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of FP&A experience in an international, multi-currency environment.
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and PivotTables, with experience analyzing large datasets.
• Experience with IBM Cognos and Microsoft Office; Power BI experience is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in English.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, meet strict deadlines, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup from the Cluj office and collaborate with colleagues in London, APAC, and the USA.
