Analyst, Project Controls (Hybrid Schedule)

Location: Westwood, Massachusetts, United States. Hybrid schedule with at least three days in the office, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays; employees must be able to work up to five days in the office when required.

Annual salary: $91,200–$101,330, plus potential incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Analyze project data and report on Customer Care Organization performance.
• Monitor project costs, commitments, budgets, forecasts, schedules, trends, and in-service dates.
• Coordinate with Customer Care Management, Investment Planning, Operations, Contract Administration, Procurement, and Materials teams.
• Prepare cost variance, accounting, KPI, project statistics, progress, and performance reports.
• Verify cost coding and allocation to project budgets and track compliance with project management procedures.
• Develop reporting formats and templates and support customer care processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business, or an equivalent field.
• Three or more years of related experience preferred, including work with large, complex, multi-year projects.
• Knowledge of financial modeling, accounting, risk management, project management information systems, engineering economics, capital investment analysis, plant accounting, and capital budgeting.
• Ability to analyze cost and scheduling information, prepare forecasts, make recommendations, and communicate at all levels.
• Self-motivation, strong communication skills, accountability, and the ability to lead and direct activities.

Nice to have

• MBA or equivalent education.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Primavera Unifier Project Controls.
• Experience as a project manager, accountant, or financial business analyst.
