Warehouse Manager (Logistics)

Location: Billings, Montana, United States; onsite. Relocation is not available for this position.

Salary: $75,100–$120,200 per year.

What you will do

• Manage warehouse functions including hiring, training, safety, and equipment requirements.
• Coordinate shipping-department workflows through daily performance meetings, SAP productivity reports, error analysis, and schedule adjustments.
• Coach, develop, and hold employees accountable while supporting supervisors, leads, and associates on the shop floor.
• Lead continuous-improvement efforts, improve departmental work flow, and audit compliance with work instructions.
• Maintain accurate timecards and resolve employee-relations issues in line with company policies and the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
• Set long-term departmental goals and cascade direction through the leadership team.

Requirements

• Five years of warehouse and logistics experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and training.
• Three years of proven experience leading, motivating, coaching, and mentoring team members.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP Warehouse Management System, and Workday.
• Ability to communicate effectively across departments and organizational levels, prioritize work, champion change, and resolve conflicts constructively.
• Ability to apply basic algebraic and geometric concepts and solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Ability to uphold and monitor high safety standards. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
