Java Fullstack Engineer (Java/Angular)

Location: Hybrid in Bucharest, Romania, collaborating with developers in France and colleagues in Romania.

What you will do

• Develop functional enhancements, technical refactoring, and bug fixes for the SEPA Payment Suite application.
• Participate in backlog refinement, sprint definition, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Design, implement, and validate solutions with ticket reporters and business stakeholders.
• Practice pair programming, conduct code reviews, and support knowledge sharing across France and Romania.
• Write unit and integration tests and participate in functional testing to prevent regressions.
• Contribute to deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and day-to-day technical and functional support.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of software development experience with Java and Angular.
• Strong knowledge of the Java ecosystem, including Spring, Spring Boot, and modern Java versions.
• Good understanding of relational databases, REST APIs, Git, Maven or Gradle, and Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Experience with Agile workflows such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Ability to work autonomously, proactively, and collaboratively in a distributed cross-border environment.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written, is required.
