Quality Engineer (Reliability Engineering)

Location: Stockport, United Kingdom; hybrid working available

What you will do

• Lead reliability validation, qualification, and accelerated life testing programmes.
• Perform failure investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to improve reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Develop reliability models, performance dashboards, and predictive insights from manufacturing and field data.
• Support new product introduction, manufacturing transfers, product launches, and customer qualifications.
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams globally.
• Support customer audits and technical reviews.

Requirements

• Experience in reliability engineering and product validation.
• Experience with failure analysis and root cause investigation.
• Statistical analysis and data analytics experience.
• Experience working in manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with Minitab, JMP, Power BI, or Excel.
