Enterprise Resilience Analyst

Location: Irving, Texas, United States; hybrid work with four days per week in the office

What you will do

• Develop and update enterprise resilience policies, standards, and procedures based on business continuity, technology recovery, and third-party resilience frameworks.
• Audit, track, and close remediation items and findings while documenting policy and procedure discrepancies.
• Collaborate with business partners and project teams to define resilience requirements, governance, resource management, and asset management practices.
• Promote adherence to enterprise resilience policies, standards, and controls across the organization.
• Translate high-level business requirements into resilience initiatives supporting business, technology, operational, and third-party resilience.
• Represent the Enterprise Resilience organization and serve as a liaison for resilience concerns across departments.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of business process, technology, and third-party resilience concepts and frameworks.
• Working knowledge of incident management, planning, budgeting, and operational management processes.
• Experience with project management, structured analysis, strategic decision-making, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Understanding of cloud technologies and familiarity with DevOps and Agile development processes.
• 2–4 years of experience in a complex business environment and in areas such as risk management, business continuity, disaster recovery, compliance, investigations, or incident management.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a related bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is strongly preferred. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Professional certification in information technology or disaster recovery, such as DRCS, CBRITP, CBRM, CBCP, A+, or CISSP.
• Experience working directly with senior-level management.
